Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Zofico primarily offers digital educational products and services, including:

  • Online live classes
  • Recorded video courses
  • Downloadable study material
  • Practice tests
  • Language learning programs
  • Counseling and consultancy services

As these are non-tangible and digitally accessible products, refunds are generally not applicable once:

  • the course is purchased,
  • access credentials are issued,
  • downloadable material is provided,
  • or the student attends any live/recorded session.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Situations
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issue from our side preventing course access
  • Incorrect course enrollment due to system error
  • Payment deducted but course access not provided
  • Course cancellation by Zofico

Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Zofico after proper verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage of course
  • Failure to attend classes
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing course material
  • Delay in learning progress/results
  • Device or internet-related issues at the student’s end
  • Partial course usage
  • Downloaded study materials
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

4. Demo Classes & Counseling

Free demo classes and counseling sessions are provided only for guidance purposes and do not guarantee:

  • admission,
  • visa approval,
  • immigration approval,
  • job placement,
  • language score,
  • or study abroad success.

5. Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request, if applicable, must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of payment date

Requests submitted after this duration may not be considered.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall be processed within:

  • 7–14 business working days

The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are requested to contact Zofico support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with banks/payment gateways.

Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse may result in:

  • permanent account suspension,
  • denial of future services,
  • and legal action if required.

8. Study Abroad & Consultancy Services

Processing fees, consultancy charges, application fees, embassy fees, university charges, or third-party payments made on behalf of students may be non-refundable depending upon the policies of respective institutions or authorities.

Zofico shall not be held responsible for:

  • visa refusals,
  • embassy decisions,
  • university admission rejection,
  • delayed processing,
  • or policy changes by third parties.

Zofico reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on this page.
